Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Previous monitoring experience in Germany.
• Good computer skills with ability to adopt new technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality while assessing safety and data integrity.
• Assesses site processes, conducts source data review, and ensures accurate CRF data entry.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, storage, and reconciliation per protocol.
• Maintains ISF/TMF accuracy and supports archiving per guidelines.
• Drives query resolution and supports recruitment and retention strategies.
