Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate - Sponsor Dedicated to join our efforts in advancing clinical development. This role emphasizes site qualification, monitoring, data integrity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across global trials.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree or RN and possess strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field; equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.
• US ONLY: compliance with Privacy Notice and Site access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity.
• Performs source data review and CRF data verification; supports query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, storage, and labeling per protocol; verifies dispensing to subjects.
• Reconciles Investigator Site File with Trial Master File and archiving requirements.
• Documents activities, supports recruitment/retention strategies, and tracks observations and actions.
