Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to independently manage site management and monitoring activities across clinical trials. You will lead junior staff, ensure data integrity, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

The Sr. CRA collaborates with study teams, CROs, and vendors, builds site relationships, and drives successful trial execution while supporting continuous process improvements within Clinical Affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site management activities and monitor clinical investigation sites.
• Serve as primary site communications contact with study management, field personnel, and CROs.
• Ensure sites comply with study protocols and regulatory standards; address issues with management.
