Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in compliance, regulatory oversight, risk management, lending, or a related financial services function.
- Knowledge of CRA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and banking regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRA, Fair Lending, HMDA compliance programs and training.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, data governance, and risk assessments.
- Support examinations, examiner communications, and remediation.
- Partner with regulators and business lines to strengthen compliance.
- Develop guidance and strategic recommendations for community development.
