Job summary

Tompkins Bank & Trust in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Compliance Leader to oversee CRA, Fair Lending, HMDA and related programs. The role partners across lines to ensure regulatory adherence, monitor risk, support examinations, oversee reporting, and provide training and strategic recommendations.

You will lead data governance, analytics, and compliance initiatives, coordinating with management and committees to strengthen CRA performance and responsible growth while guiding the Director of Bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in compliance, regulatory oversight, risk management, lending, or related function.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CRA, Fair Lending, HMDA, and banking regulations.
• Experience conducting regulatory research, interpreting laws, and proposing practical solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities to handle large data sets and derive decisions.
• Effective communication with leadership, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and specialized compliance/reporting systems.
• Certifications in compliance or banking are preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRA and Fair Lending program leadership to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, data governance, and data validation.
• Identify and mitigate compliance and fair lending risks with action plans.
• Support examinations, regulator communications, and remediation activities.
• Deliver training and guidance on CRA, Fair Lending, HMDA, and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, lending, mortgage, and operations teams for outreach.
