Job summary

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking fluency required.
• At least 7 years of healthcare industry experience with 4+ years direct site management/monitoring in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical study sites across all trial phases in compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Perform remote and on-site monitoring, ensure data integrity and subject safety.
• Coordinate with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready and support site selection/validation activities.
• Maintain CTMS/eTMF documentation and generate timely visit and regulatory reports.
• Mentor junior CRAs and participate in audits/inspections as needed.
