Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a CQV Project Manager to lead commissioning, qualification and validation efforts for GMP manufacturing environments. You will develop CQV planning documents, oversee protocols, manage risk, and ensure successful handovers from construction to C&Q and to the client.

The role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and willingness to travel to client sites; 2 positions exist in the US ( Fredericksburg, VA and Northeast Houston, TX ).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 10 years of CQV experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong working knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and validation deliverables, team building and client relationship building.
• Leadership experience, as well as experience tracking progress according to schedules and cost estimates and experience with training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work at various clients’ locations

Responsibilities

• Provide CQV project management to clients that manufacture GMP products.
• Lead the team in generating and executing CQV protocols using GDPs.
• Develop CQV planning documents to manage CQV projects and ensure deliverables meet schedule, cost, scope and quality.
• Establish handover procedures from construction to C&Q team and from C&Q to client.
