The CAI project management team seeks a seasoned Project Manager with a strong CQV background to lead multi-million dollar life sciences programs in the Denver area. You will direct scope, schedule and budget, and mentor 6-8 engineers and consultants across defined work streams.

Ideal candidates bring 8-12 years commissioning and qualification experience, hands-on field execution, and excellent leadership under pressure. PMP is a plus; regional travel may be required to support clients globally.

Competenze

• BS in a science or engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 8-12 years’ Experience commissioning and qualifying bio-pharma systems equipment and systems.
• Experience with risk assessments, qualification protocols, commissioning plans/test scripts and summary reports is desired.
• Three (3) or more years serving as a program or project manager for life science projects with budgets of $1MM+.

Mansioni

• Lead budget reviews and schedule management for multi-million dollar programs.
• Run daily team huddles and ensure on-time delivery of defined scopes.
• Review summary reports, write protocols, and support field execution.
