Job summary

CAI in Portland, OR seeks a Project Manager who blends CQV strategy with field execution to lead projects of $1M+ and manage 6–8 engineers and consultants.

The successful candidate will own scope, schedule, and budget, run daily team huddles, review protocols, and support field operations. PMP is a plus; travel required both domestically and internationally; excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of commissioning and qualifying bio-pharma systems equipment.
• Experience with risk assessments, qualification protocols, and commissioning plans.
• Strong leadership of teams to perform complex tasks under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-service focus.
• Proficient with project management software tools.
• 3+ years as a program/project manager for life sciences with $1M+ budgets.
