Job summary

Design Group in Cincinnati seeks a Project Manager II, CQV to lead commissioning, qualification, and validation projects for life sciences clients from concept through closure. You will coordinate plans, resources, and execution across design, installation, start-up, commissioning, and validation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building client relationships and supporting local and regional development while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in biology, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, or another STEM field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans and execution strategies for commissioning, qualification, and validation engagements.
Manage project resources, budgets, forecasts, schedules, engineering activities, and project documentation.
Lead project execution from concept development through design, implementation, installation, commissioning, start-up, and closure.
Coordinate commissioning, qualification, and validation activities in accordance with the approved project plan.
Drive project outcomes aligned with defined scope, schedule, budget, and client objectives.
Maintain and grow client relationships throughout project development and execution.
Support local and regional client development and expansion efforts.
