Job summary

Nightwing Security in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer to support an SCI program. The CPSO will handle personnel, physical, and information security duties, maintain clearance data, and liaise with government customers. Requires US citizenship, Top-Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph, and a related degree or equivalent experience plus 6+ years in security roles. Salary range reflects senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with current Top-Secret SCI clearance and polygraph.
• A related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in one or more security disciplines: Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security, or Program Security.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCI program security in compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and sponsor policies.
• Oversee facility security measures including access control, IDS, credentials, and SCIF documentation.
• Process clearances/SCI access, visits, and reinvestigations; maintain clearance databases.
• Coordinate data transfers, trusted downloads, and IT security audits.
