SolarWinds seeks a Senior Product Owner, CPQ to own the CPQ roadmap and backlog within the IT Business Applications team. You will set direction for CPQ, lead discovery and solution design, and guide an offshore Salesforce development team through sprint delivery to release.

You will mentor junior product owners and analysts, raising the bar on requirements, designs, and outcomes as SolarWinds modernizes toward Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of experience in IT business systems, business analysis, or product ownership for enterprise apps.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and RCA/Apttus/Conga CPQ experience.
• 4+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge including core data model and declarative config.
• 4+ years as a Product Owner with full backlog and roadmap ownership in agile environments.
• Proven track record delivering Quote-to-Cash or CPQ solutions in multi-product, subscription, or channel-heavy settings.
• Experience mentoring other product owners/analysts; offshore/distributed delivery.
• Exposure to CPQ platform implementation, migration, or major re-architecture preferred.
• Deep CPQ expertise: product rules, pricing models, discounting, approvals, renewals, and order creation.

Aufgaben

• Own CPQ capability roadmap with multi-quarter view; defend business case and KPIs.
• Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Lead offshore Salesforce development through sprint delivery and releases.
• Clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and accept/reject completed work.
• Define release scope, regression coverage, and post-release validation.
• Mentor junior owners/analysts and raise standards for design and release processes.
• Partner with Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Finance for pricing governance and accuracy.
• Document end-to-end CPQ solution designs and impact on downstream processes.
