Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries (Ingalls Shipbuilding) seeks a CPM Scheduler to lead the integration of the master plan and schedule for major naval programs in Pascagoula, MS. You will coordinate across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality, tracking progress and resolving critical path conflicts.

The role requires strong scheduling software skills, CPM knowledge, and experience in shipbuilding sequencing, with the ability to apply ETA/EV techniques and manage complex programs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience.
• Master's Degree or above with 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensure projects and schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
