Job summary

Roers Companies seeks a proactive Multi-Family Construction Scheduler for our Tampa, FL team. You will develop and manage CPM schedules for large multifamily projects, coordinating with preconstruction and construction teams to validate durations and milestones.

The role requires 5+ years in multifamily scheduling, strong CPM and software skills (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Power BI). You’ll communicate schedule goals to leadership and field teams and drive schedule accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction scheduling experience.
• Experience developing and managing CPM schedules for large projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore and BI tools.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review preliminary schedules to validate logic, durations, sequencing, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Construction teams to set realistic milestones.
• Identify gaps, conflicts, and constructability concerns in preconstruction planning.
• Develop and maintain master schedules for awarded projects.
• Conduct schedule reviews, update progress, and communicate impacts.
• Create schedule exhibits and documentation for contracts and reporting.
• Analyze risks, mitigation plans, and recovery schedules when needed.
• Lead scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across regions.
