Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to serve as the in-house CPM scheduling expert. You will coordinate schedule creation and updates with the project superintendent, generate reports, and supervise Scheduler assistants as needed. The role requires 3-5 years CPM scheduling experience in construction.

The position emphasizes attention to detail and a collaborative, hands-on approach within Sundt’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling and field operations experience in similar types of construction including power and heavy industrial projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of claims by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Incorporate effects of design conflicts into the CPM schedule with project superintendent.
• Manage CPM schedule for successful execution of the work and coordinate resources.
• Lead CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Create baseline schedule based on logic and sequence from project superintendent.
• Develop proposal phase CPM schedules with estimating team input.
• Produce final as-built CPM schedule at project completion.
• Provide monthly CPM schedule reports to the general manager.
• Regularly update and maintain historical CPM schedule database.
• Revise CPM schedule weekly based on project superintendent reports.
