Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Scheduling Manager for our regional office in Franklin Furnace, OH. This full‑time, in‑person role requires leading CPM scheduling efforts and coordinating with project teams, owners, and subcontractors.

You will build baseline schedules, manage WBS, and use Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to deliver reports, analyze critical paths, and mitigate schedule risks. A strong track record in commercial construction and mentoring junior schedulers is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction management with 5+ years creating and managing CPM schedules.
• CPM Scheduler proficiency with a Builder First attitude and strong communication.
• Experience coordinating schedule development with project teams, owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling development and maintenance using CPM best practices.
• Coordinate schedule development with project supervision, owners and subcontractors/vendors.
• Build and manage baseline schedules with detailed WBS for large projects.
• Run weekly meetings to update schedules and manage variances.
• Create reports and analyze critical paths using Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Mentor junior schedulers and promote CPM best practices.
