Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction management and/or scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with the construction process and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage baseline schedules using CPM best practices.
• Run weekly meetings to update construction schedules.
• Create and maintain layouts in Primavera P6.
• Analyze large data sets using Excel.
• Mentor and assist junior schedulers.
