Acquisition Experts LLC seeks a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst for an on-site, full-time role in Albany, GA, supporting USMC Coordinated Secondary Reparable Management and related CPI initiatives. The role entails leading CPI efforts in a military logistics setting with responsibilities spanning data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Master’s in a related field, and 10+ years of process-improvement

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required.
• Leadership and CPI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to facilitate CPI in a military logistics environment.
• Provide leadership in project and change management to government customers and facilitate CPI related meetings.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and map value streams to develop COAs and POA&Ms.
• Develop and maintain tools to extract data and provide visibility of KPI's.
