KSA Integration, a SDVOSB government contractor, seeks a Principal Continuous Process Improvement Analyst IV to lead Lean Six Sigma driven enhancements for MARCORLOGCOM's SECREP program in Albany, GA. You will manage the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard, facilitate WIPT meetings, and drive data-supported improvements across the supply chain.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, a current Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, 10+ years of process-improvement leadership in logistics, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field (Business Administration, Logistics Management, Statistics, or similar).
• Current Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification with at least 5 consecutive years holding the credential.
• 10+ years leading process improvement across diverse logistics assignments.
• 5+ years of process improvement work with military wholesale and retail logistics activities in Reparable (Class IX) support.
• 5+ years using statistical methods and models to optimize supply chain effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive Continuous Process Improvement.
• Provide project and change management support to the Government customer.
• Facilitate SECREP WIPT; brief the Enterprise CSM Metrics Scorecard and its analysis; capture action items in minutes and the CSM POA&M.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and Value Stream Mapping; develop Courses of Action and Plans of Action and Milestones.
• Develop and maintain tools that extract data from Marine Corps systems (APSR, Oracle OBIEE, Master Data Repository, FEDLOG, L-DART, E-START, Navy ERP, Catalyst).
• Use statistical methods to set metrics targets and optimize supply chain processes.
• Apply DMAIC and PDCA cycles, LEAN waste elimination, root cause analysis, team facilitation, Design of Experiments, organizational change management, and pilot test design.
• Develop briefings and position papers in support of CPI initiatives
