Job summary

The Alaska Court System in Palmer is seeking a Court Case Manager 2 to independently process criminal and minor offense case filings, ensuring compliance with rules and statutes.

You will maintain CourtView, communicate with attorneys and self-represented parties, and provide backup support and training, while delivering exemplary service at the public counter and via email and phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of advanced clerical experience is required.
• Paralegal coursework or degree is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Independently processes criminal and minor offense filings per procedures.
• Communicates with attorneys and self-represented parties on filing requirements and deficiencies.
• Maintains and updates the CourtView motions tracking system and reviews audit reports.
