Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with Coupa platform administration, configuration, and support
- Strong expertise in Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience configuring workflows, forms, approvals, and business rules
- Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, data mapping, and enterprise integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical SME for Coupa, partnering with business and technology teams to drive platform improvements
