Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Lead Coupa Business Analyst & System Administrator in Horsham, PA. This role focuses on owning and optimizing the Coupa Spend Management platform across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and operations.

You will lead configurations, integrations, analytics, governance, and user adoption efforts while supporting Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives. Hybrid work and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience supporting enterprise procurement processes and systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on Coupa administration and configuration.
• Demonstrated expertise with Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement (SOW/Contingent Labor), CLM, and Core Sourcing modules.
• Experience supporting procurement technology integrations, including Oracle Fusion ERP, APIs, cXML, flat files, or related technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Coupa Platform Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Core Sourcing modules.
• Manage user access, security roles, workflows, catalogs, approval chains, purchasing policies, and system governance activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the highest level of internal Coupa support escalation.
• Manage Coupa releases, impact assessments, testing activities, and deployment of new functionality across all active modules.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable business solutions.
• Support and maintain integrations and data alignment between Coupa and Oracle Fusion ERP platforms.
• Develop reporting, KPI dashboards, training materials, SOPs, and change management programs to drive adoption and business value.
