Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and Florida Bar in good standing.
• Five years of progressively responsible legal experience with litigation.
• Five years in public procurement or real estate matters, or both.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, discovery docs, motions and briefs for complex litigation.
• Represent the County before boards and in court, including televised settings.
• Supervise staff and coordinate work for Assistant County Attorneys and interns.
