Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Training Developer/Instructor to design and deliver training on counterintelligence tradecraft, threats from foreign adversaries, and leadership development for a DOE-IN contract in the Washington, D.C. area.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, advanced CI credentials, and a track record of developing and delivering instruction, both in person and virtually, with a focus on program effectiveness and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• CI credentialing/training from FBI/DOD or similar program preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in adult education, instructional design, security studies, or STEM.
• Completed formal instructor training from a U.S. Government agency or similar program.
• Minimum of 10 years CI experience within U.S. Intelligence Community.
• At least 2 years developing courses/training/evaluations.
• Strong understanding of global affairs and national security.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct training modules on CI tradecraft and leadership development.
• Deliver training in-person and virtually to groups of varying sizes.
• Coordinate and schedule attendance at external training courses and events.
• Analyze data to determine training needs and priorities.
• Assess program effectiveness through requirements, feedback and learning outcomes.
• Track attendance and generate reports with metrics.
• Create visual aids to support training, including CI awareness materials.
