Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Counterintelligence & Security Risk Analyst Lead to help strategize, socialize and implement a CI and security risk program across workforce, technology and supply chain domains.

The role analyzes threats from nation-state actors and insiders, develops analytic workstreams, conducts vetting and investigations, and delivers tailored risk assessments and briefings to senior leadership for rapid mitigation and informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Security or related field.
• 8 years in CI analysis or risk vetting.
• Experience presenting analysis to executives.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with defense industry security requirements.
• Active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support CI analysis across workforce, technology and supply chain risk.
• Analyze threats from nation-state actors and insiders.
• Conduct vetting and initial investigations for trusted engagements.
• Develop scalable vetting processes for candidates, visitors, suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with DoD, IC, and Federal Law Enforcement for threat information.
• Collaborate with product, legal, HR and InfoSec to gather data for analysis.
• Produce risk assessments, reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Develop analytic methodologies for CI and supplier risk.
• Support investigations with analytic input.
• Develop procedures and risk frameworks compliant with regulations.
• Monitor trends in people and supplier risk and threats.
• Create training materials and brief internal audiences.
• Travel to support risk assessments at various sites.
