Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Counterintelligence & Security Risk Lead to analyze threats from nation-state actors and insiders affecting the workforce, tech, and supply chain globally. You will develop analytic methods, coordinate with DoD/IC and law enforcement, and produce strategic risk assessments for senior leadership.

The role demands critical thinking, independent work, and the ability to communicate complex risks to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Security or related field.
• 8 years of relevant work experience in CI analysis or risk vetting.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and presenting analysis to executives.
• Ability to leverage multiple data sets to support complex research.
• Experience with public records research and investigations for vetting.
• Ability to synthesize findings for technical and executive audiences.
• Understanding of CI risk assessment methodologies.
• Active security clearance and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI analysis tailored to defense threats across workforce, technology, and supply chain.
• Review data from multiple sources to identify anomalous behaviors and indicators.
• Execute vetting initiatives for workforce, visitors, and suppliers with risk assessments.
• Support scalable vetting processes and monitor relationships for emerging risks.
• Coordinate with DoD, IC, and law enforcement for threat information.
• Produce tailored risk assessments and presentations for leadership.
• Develop analytic methods to assess counterintelligence and supplier risk.
• Support investigations with analytic input.
• Create procedures and metrics compliant with regulations and contracts.
• Monitor trends in people and supplier risk to shape vetting initiatives.
• Deliver trainings and briefings to internal audiences.
• Travel to site locations as needed.
