Job summary

Sherpa 6, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counter-Unmanned Systems Systems Integrator to provide direct technical and program support to government capability managers in the National Capital Region.

The role requires integrating sensors, C2 systems, networks, data feeds, and cyber capabilities into cohesive, field-ready C-sUAS solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive systems integration experience, active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and a willingness to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems integration, military operations, or related technical field.
• Experience integrating multiple hardware and software components into an operational system.
• Working knowledge of counter-unmanned-system mission areas (detection, identification, tracking, C2, defeat).
• Troubleshooting interfaces, data flows, networks, APIs, and protocols.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical tasks and deliverables.
• Experience supporting government program offices or acquisition organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical advisor to government C-sUAS capability managers.
• Translate mission requirements into executable integration activities.
• Develop system architectures, data-flow diagrams and interface-control docs.
• Integrate sensors, C2, networks, data services, and software.
• Plan and support laboratory, field, and operational tests.
• Coordinate activities across government, OEMs, and vendors.
