Cenikor Foundation in Houston, TX is seeking a qualified clinician to deliver relapse prevention education and life skills groups, collaborating with the facility team to support client recovery. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of substance use treatment experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct relapse prevention education and life skills group sessions.
• Facilitate groups as needed.
• Work with facility staff to create a safe recovery environment.
• Collaborate with individual, family, and wellness team for discharge planning.
• Educate individuals and families on discharge options and community resources.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and weekly case management sessions.
• Attend weekly Training/Supervision sessions.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and Cenikor policies.
• Create/update a database of local referral resources.
• Monitor SOW requirements and report quarterly activities.
• Complete required trainings and SMART goals.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and Cenikor core principles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
