Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority seeks a Professional Counselor 4 to provide intensive behavioral health assessments and therapy in Monroe. The role requires a current LPC or LMFT license in Louisiana and at least two years of licensed counseling experience.

You will work as part of a treatment team, completing biopsychosocial assessments, ASIs, and mandatory screenings, with opportunities for NHSC loan repayment support for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana LPC or LMFT license required.
• Two years of licensed counseling experience preferred.
• Full-time clinical practice with 40+ hours per week and 45 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases.
• Complete initial biopsychosocial assessments and annual reassessments.
• Maintain written and electronic records with concurrent documentation.
• Serve as backup to treatment, medical, and support staff as needed.
