Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a Professional Counselor 4 to provide intensive developmental and therapeutic assessment and treatment in serious cases. Join a dedicated team to deliver quality care and reduce stigma in behavioral health treatment at the Monroe Integrated Care Clinic.

Minimum qualifications include holding a Louisiana LPC or LMFT license with two years of licensed counseling experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Louisiana LPC or LMFT license with two years of licensed counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prioritizes, and manages clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases by completing initial biopsychosocial assessments, annual reassessments, ASIs, and all assigned screening tools in accordance with NEDHSA policy.
• Attends in-service trainings for staff and completes required trainings in a timely manner while assisting with the collection of TOMS and QOC surveys, as assigned.
• Completes written and electronic records with concurrent documentation.
• Serves as backup to treatment, medical, and support staff at NEDHSA's clinics as needed. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor and/or appointing authority as required.
