Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Juris Doctor (J.D.); current member in good standing of a state bar
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience
• Experience managing complex pharmaceutical litigation involving US and global issues, regulation and policy
• Proven experience delivering legal strategy and working with outside counsel

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation strategy across product liability, class actions, government investigations, commercial disputes, antitrust and other matters.
• Oversee outside counsel, coordinate fact development, pleadings, motions practice and discovery.
• Provide preventative legal advice to avoid disputes and manage risks for the business.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders up to senior management and General Counsel.
