Qualifications

• J.D. required and admitted to a state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience managing complex pharmaceutical litigation involving US and global issues.
• Proven ability to provide actionable legal advice to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and execute litigation strategy for product liability, class actions, government investigations, commercial disputes, and antitrust with a US focus.
• Oversee and collaborate with outside counsel; coordinate internal investigations and discovery.
• Advise stakeholders to prevent disputes and support business decisions; manage budgets and reserves.
