This position is for a Senior Attorney specializing in Trust, Estate, and Probate law, based in California with remote options. The role offers a salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 per year, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of Trust, Estate, and Probate experience, OR
• 10+ years of Civil Litigation experience including Trust/Estate/Probate or Family Law.

Responsibilities

• Research legal issues, draft legal documents, handle litigation from inception to trial, attend hearings, advise clients, and manage conservatorship, guardianship, and probate administration matters.
