Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial legal experience.
• Experience advising technology or infrastructure-focused businesses.
• Experience negotiating sophisticated technology infrastructure transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for the acquisition of critical technology equipment.
• Advise on agreements for third-party computing capacity and cloud infrastructure.
• Handle agreements for data center capacity and colocation arrangements.
• Negotiate warranties, supply commitments, and delivery obligations.
• Support relationships with infrastructure providers and partnerships.
• Work with the commercial legal function on computing service agreements.
• Partner with operations to develop scalable purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with capacity planning, sourcing, site selection and finance teams.
• Develop contract templates, negotiation guidance, and approval processes.
• Manage multiple sophisticated, time-sensitive transactions with practical execution.
