• 6+ years of legal experience with development, EPC agreements, procurement, offtake, permitting, interconnection, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal counsel to development teams throughout the project lifecycle; negotiate and draft key agreements including EPC, procurement, offtake, and interconnection.
• Advise on permitting, regulatory filings, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with development, engineering, finance, and asset management teams.
