Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Senior Counsel, Strategic Deals to lead complex technology transactions, strategic partnerships, and M&A support. You will own high-impact deals end to end, advising senior leadership on licensing, AI terms, and product initiatives while shaping playbooks and templates for scale.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice law in a U.S. state.
• 8+ years of legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong knowledge of IP licensing and complex technology agreements (OEM, SaaS, strategic alliances).
• Proven ability to negotiate sophisticated agreements and manage transactions end to end.
• Experience using AI tools to improve legal workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute complex strategic partnership agreements (OEM, licensing, and alliances).
• Lead strategic deals from structuring through execution, with support to senior legal leadership.
• Advise on IP ownership, data rights, AI terms, and technology rights.
• Collaborate with product, go-to-market, and other stakeholders to translate offerings into terms.
• Support M&A due diligence and post-close integration activities.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice and risk recommendations.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and processes for the strategic deals function.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align positions across transactions.
