You will oversee complex coverage litigation, develop strategies, budgets, and provide strategic advice on business, professional liability, and employment disputes while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Approximately 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
