Job summary

Tressler LLP seeks an experienced Senior Counsel with 10+ years of insurance coverage experience and an active California bar license to join our national Insurance Services Practice. This role can be performed fully remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from anywhere in the United States.

You will oversee complex coverage litigation, develop strategies and budgets, provide strategic advice to clients in business and professional liability matters, and negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• California bar license required.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
