Fortitude Mining is seeking a Senior Counsel, Governance & Securities (Director level) to join the legal team. You will support SEC reporting, capital markets, and corporate governance, acting as a key partner to the Chief Legal Officer, Board, and senior management.

This hands‑on role covers filings, board materials, and governance workflows for a company preparing for public markets. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years in securities and governance, with strong firm training and experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of securities law, SEC reporting, and governance experience.
• Prior work on public company readiness, IPOs, de-SPACs, or similar.
• Strong written and oral communication with executives, boards, and counsel.

Responsabilités

• Support SEC reporting, disclosures, and governance processes for a transitioning public company.
• Draft and review SEC filings, earnings materials, and investor communications.
• Assist with board materials, committee charters, and governance policies.
