Qualifications

• Seven-plus years of in-house counsel experience.
• Extensive privacy, data protection, and security negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, U.S. state privacy laws, and international transfers.
• Experience drafting contract templates and playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer contract negotiations on privacy, data protection, information security, and AI.
• Lead vendor contract negotiations with privacy and security terms.
• Create and maintain standardized agreements and templates.
• Develop customer-facing privacy and security documentation.
• Develop internal policies and negotiation playbooks.
