Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Counsel, Specialty Commercial & Market Access to provide strategic and hands-on legal support across market access, pricing, reimbursement, and commercialization for its specialty, branded, and biosimilar portfolio.

The role acts as the primary legal reviewer for promotional materials within Meitheal's MLR framework and partners with cross-functional teams to enable growth while managing regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical market access, pricing and reimbursement.
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex pharmaceutical commercial agreements.
• In-house experience with cross-functional business teams.
• Strong knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor for market access strategy, pricing, reimbursement and contracting.
• Review and approve promotional materials under MLR processes.
• Provide guidance on FDA/FTC compliance and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Compliance and Commercial teams to address risks.
• Draft and negotiate specialty/commercial agreements and licensing arrangements.
• Manage outside counsel and support business development initiatives.
