Meitheal Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director Marketing - Biosimilars & Women’s Health to help build the biosimilar marketing function and drive product strategies. You will develop value propositions, brand plans, pricing, and promotional materials for biosimilars and women’s health products, collaborating across Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Sales teams.

The role emphasizes growth, launches, market access, and agency management, with strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, pharmacy, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Biosimilar industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to value proposition strategies that effectively communicate the benefits to payers and other organized customers.
• Collaborate closely with biosimilar/fertility team to align go-to-market strategies with overall Meitheal strategy.
• Monitor pricing and contracting activities, and proactively identify opportunities and threats to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the implementation of contract strategies and contracting platforms, including bid processes and pricing analytics.
• Coordinate rebates, chargebacks, and government reporting in compliance with regulations.
• Work with Biosimilar Operations to support reimbursement programs and resources.
• Coordinate with external experts and internal teams for go-to-market strategies for successful launches.
• Execute contract strategies ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes with ROI and business justification.
