Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, including at least 3 years supporting MGA or similar insurance platform operations.
• Significant experience with insurance transactional and regulatory matters.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal counsel on insurance and corporate matters.
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of key agreements.
• Advise on insurance regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
