Job summary

Sanofi seeks an experienced attorney to join the North America Legal team as Senior Corporate Counsel for Patient Support Services & Diagnostic Testing. This role provides comprehensive legal support for patient access programs and the company’s diagnostic testing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners across sales, regulatory, privacy, and compliance.

A strong track record in pharma/biotech law and contract negotiation is essential.

Qualifications

• JD and license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction (New Jersey or Massachusetts preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Experience in a matrix, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal contact for patient support programs and diagnostic testing initiatives; liaise among business colleagues and other legal functions.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts for patient support and diagnostic testing programs.
• Advise on design, launch, and operation of patient support and diagnostic testing programs; assess risk and ensure compliance.
