Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in the United States seeks a senior attorney to serve as a strategic legal and business partner to the Advanced Oncology Solutions and Cancer Care Programmatic Services leadership teams. You will provide end-to-end legal support for complex, long-term partnerships spanning hardware, software and services.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong regulatory knowledge and excellent negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
7+ years of relevant experience in transactional healthcare law.
Experience structuring and negotiating long-term partnerships and enterprise arrangements.
Strong negotiation, communication, drafting, and advisory skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FCPA, Sunshine Act, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

Advise leadership on strategic initiatives and emerging business models.
Lead legal support across the full commercial lifecycle, from LOI to definitive agreements.
Partner with Finance on revenue recognition and financial risk.
Ensure proper structuring of deals to mitigate legal exposure.
Collaborate across geographies and business lines with credibility.
