Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active US bar membership.
8+ years of relevant legal experience in media/tech/music law.
Experience negotiating complex music licensing or publishing agreements.

Responsibilities

Lead global music licensing strategy and negotiate complex agreements.
Counsel cross-functional teams on rights, restrictions, and product implications.
Advise on generative AI and music copyright issues.
Develop policies and templates; mentor junior lawyers.
Coordinate with outside counsel and cross-functional partners.
