Qualifications

Strong IP, marketing, and contracts law knowledge.

Extensive drafting and negotiation of marketing, advertising, licensing, and other agreements.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support to marketing, advertising, sales, and communications teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Negotiate and draft complex contracts including promotions, sponsorships, media, influencers, IP licenses, and licenses.
Partner with business to deliver practical legal advice while managing risk.
Review marketing campaigns and materials for legal compliance.
Coordinate with outside counsel on regulatory matters.
May conduct in-house training and assist with budget development.
