Gilead Sciences Inc. seeks an attorney with experience in manufacturing and supply contracts to support our Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing organizations.

The role covers development, supply, and related commercial agreements for multiple manufacturing transactions. You will partner with senior leadership to implement efficient processes, draft agreements, and resolve escalations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on commercial transactions.
• Admission to the California Bar, or ability to obtain admission within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Drafting and negotiating a full range of development and supply agreements for manufacturing transactions.
• Preparing manufacturing and supply agreements, license, consulting, confidentiality, and transfer agreements.
• Collaborating with senior management to coordinate between business and legal teams.
• Developing practices and training materials for internal stakeholders.
