Qualifications

• 12+ years professional work experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the areas of DEI, procurement and supplier management, or corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies for Commercial Services & External Affairs to deliver value by achieving cost savings and improving quality and service levels.
• Establish and execute stakeholder engagement and governance plans for Commercial, Public Affairs, and Medical Affairs organizations; define objectives and success metrics.
• Identify initiatives that create outsized value and drive implementation with clear business cases and decision asks.
• Lead category innovation by translating external trends into pilots, playbooks, and scalable processes.
• Oversee spend activity and determine action plans for purchases meeting procurement thresholds.
• Provide category subject matter expertise to business groups and Procurement functions.
