Runway is seeking a Counsel/Senior Counsel, Litigation to lead day-to-day litigation and dispute resolution, and to partner with the General Counsel on strategic matters. You will manage litigation, outside counsel, and in-house discovery while improving repeatable processes.

The role also involves advising product, engineering, and other teams on regulatory developments in AI and related law. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dedicated litigation experience, a J.D.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated litigation experience (can include clerkships).
• Excitement about generative AI and evolving legal landscape in a rapidly innovating industry.
• Strong business acumen and ability to advise on strategic questions.

Responsabilités

• Manage Runway’s litigation, third-party process, dispute resolution, and regulatory requests.
• Manage outside counsel and own in-house discovery execution.
• Develop and execute Runway’s IP enforcement strategy and related processes.
• Provide cross-functional legal support across product, employment, privacy, and policy domains.
